Overview
I bought too many grapes and stored them for a short time, so I decided to make a fruit jar! I loved it as a child.

Rinse the grapes with running water, soak them in light salt water for ten minutes, drain them, cut them into two pieces with a fruit knife, pick out the seeds with the tip of the knife, and peel off the grape skins.

Add cold water and rock sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, remove the foam, and turn to low heat for 10 minutes.

Cool, put into a glass bottle scalded with boiling water, and store in the refrigerator. It can be taken out and eaten at any time.
