Cream cake
Overview
My hollow mold is six inches and 15cm. I searched a lot of recipes on the Internet and basically used two eggs. I followed it for the first time and the result was a cocoa-flavored cake. Dear friends, you know, maybe the temperature is high or the cake powder is low. This time I I have adjusted the recipe and the baked cake is very high. I will use this chiffon cake recipe next time. Unfortunately, someone was in a hurry to remove the mold and turned the baked cake into an ugly cake. But I am not afraid. Anyway, making a cream cake can turn it into a beautiful cake in an instant.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the required materials (the photo is from before, actually three eggs were used)
-
Add 10 grams of sugar to the egg yolks and mix well
-
Add salad oil and mix well
-
Add milk and mix well
-
Brush with flour and pour into egg yolk
-
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. Pour the egg whites into a water-free egg beating basin. Use a whisk to beat until fish-eye foam is formed. Add sugar for the first time and beat until double the original size. Add sugar for the second time and beat until there are textures. Add sugar for the third time and beat until hard peaks (short straight peaks)
-
Use a rubber spatula to mix evenly to form an egg yolk batter. Add one-third of the egg white batter into the egg yolk batter and mix evenly
-
Add the mixed cake batter to the remaining egg white batter and mix evenly
-
Put the cake batter into the cake mold and shake twice to release big bubbles. Place in the middle and lower racks of the oven at 135 degrees and bake for about 35 minutes. Try not to open the oven door during the process. Take it out immediately after baking and invert it to prevent shrinkage. After cooling completely, pour the cake out
-
Two pieces of cake
-
Add sugar to the light cream and beat the light cream well
-
Take a piece of cake
-
Put the cream and smooth the cream
-
Cover with another piece of cake and continue to smooth
-
The cake is all smoothed, (it looks very rough, don’t worry, I will cover it all up)
-
Take a small portion of whipped cream and add a drop of coloring
-
Mix well

The next step is to do whatever you want
