Noodle style pancake
Overview
In the past, I would overcook food without paying attention. My husband would often scold me indiscriminately for not cooking enough, saying that I wasted a lot of food. However, when I turned the leftovers into these delicacies, he was so greedy that he wanted to eat them all and never spoke to me again.

-
Prepare leftover noodles and other ingredients

Chop green onions into small pieces

Slice the ham sausage. We only have corn ham sausage at home, so let’s make do with it
-
Add a spoonful of salt and beat the egg mixture
-
After peeling the corn, blanch it in boiling water and remove it to control the water
-
If you want the noodles to taste delicious, you can add some light soy sauce to add more flavor. If you don’t like the taste of soy sauce, you can omit it
-
Pour the egg liquid into the noodles and mix evenly. You can also sprinkle some chopped green onion inside
-
After the pan is heated, add oil. Add a little more oil
-
Pour in the noodles and place the ham slices on top of the noodles
-
Sprinkle some corn kernels and chopped green onion on the surface, fry over slow heat until the bottom of the pancake is crispy, then turn off the heat
