Have all materials ready

Separate the butter into the water, pour in the egg liquid and milk and stir. Add sugar, salt and two-thirds of the cranberries to the powder and mix well. Pour the mixed flour into the mixed butter liquid and stir until no dry powder can be seen.

Pour the batter into muffin cups and sprinkle the remaining dried cranberries on top of the batter

Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake on the middle shelf for 25 minutes.
