I have a lot of lemons and want to make lemon stuff in various ways (*^__^*)

Steps

1. 1 Wash the lemon and dry it

   

2. 2 Grate the lemon peel and set aside

   

3. 3 Add eggs and sugar to lemon zest and beat with a whisk.

   

4. 4 Cut the shredded lemon into small pieces and set aside

   

5. 5 Puree using a food processor. There is another way to do this, see Tips for details.

   

6. 6 Add the lemon puree to the lemon egg liquid, stir evenly, then add them to a non-stick pan and cook over low heat.

   

7. 7 After cooking until thickened, add butter and stir evenly. After cooling, put it in cans and refrigerate.
