Egg pudding

Overview

A simple and delicious little dessert, tender and tender, so delicious that you can't stop eating it. . . .

Use scissors to smooth the edges of the eggshell, rinse inside and out and dry
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and milk and stir until the sugar dissolves
Strain the egg liquid twice and let it sit for a while
Pour the egg liquid into the eggshell, eight-quarters full
Wrap in plastic wrap and steam in cold water for 30 minutes
So tender and delicious. . .
