Overview
My friend gave me a lot of fresh strawberries. I don’t like eating fresh strawberries, so I made strawberry jam, which can be spread on bread. It tastes great

Steps
-
Wash and drain strawberries
-
Use quick absorbent non-woven fabric to absorb moisture on the surface of strawberries
-
Cut off the strawberry stems and set aside,
-
Sprinkle a layer of sugar on the bottom of the container and add diced strawberries.
-
Add a layer of diced strawberries and a layer of sugar
-
Finally, sprinkle a layer of sugar on the surface of the strawberries, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 8 hours
-
Strawberries that are refrigerated will release a lot of water.
-
Put all the strawberries together with the oozing water into the pot and stir-fry over high heat
-
Stir continuously until the strawberries become soft, then slowly simmer over medium heat. When stir-fry reaches a thick consistency, turn off the heat, add lemon juice, stir evenly, and the strawberry jam is ready.
