The most complete home ice cream recipe has won the Nestlé Haagen-Dazs after many attempts
Overview
When I went to work in the morning, I saw a neighbor's child talking into the intercom at the door of the building. Mom, I'm very hot, would you like an ice cream? No. Mom, I am hot, I am very hot. o(≧v≦)oIn fact, she is very greedy, and now she is a child... So I thought that Shuyu was nine months old, and I wanted to let Shuyu enjoy safe food. So I started researching how to make ice cream. There are three versions available online. The first boiled egg version. Advantages: eggs, milk, sugar, and few additives. Disadvantages: It's troublesome to make, there's ice scum, and the most terrible thing is that there's still stirring in the middle. The problem is whether there's ice slug after stirring. The second version, the raw egg version. Light cream, eggs, sugar. Advantages: better taste, less addition, no need to stir and simple preparation. Disadvantage, some people mind eating raw eggs haha. Personally I don't think the taste is the best. The third version is also my main recommendation, light cream and condensed milk. Advantages: simplicity, best taste, better than McFlurry, Nestlé ice cream and all other ice creams I have ever tasted. I’ve never tried Haagen-Dazs, but I’m confident I’ll kill it in seconds. Disadvantages: There are many commercialized foods and there are hidden dangers of additives. It is recommended to buy reliable brands such as Anchor and Nestlé.
