Cream cake roll
Overview
Since I learned how to make cakes, I basically no longer buy cakes and other food outside. Not only does it taste better than the ones outside, but the key is to make it cleanly and hygienicly. I have never failed to make rolls with this recipe. You may as well give it a try😄

Prepare the ingredients ~

Mix 4 egg yolks, 40g salad oil, 50g milk, and 25g sugar evenly

Add the flour and cornstarch in two batches, and mix evenly by making crosses ~

Beat the egg whites with 40 grams of sugar~

Take one-third of the beaten egg whites and put it into the batter and mix evenly~

Add all the remaining egg whites and stir evenly. Do not over stir to avoid defoaming~

Pour the batter into the baking pan and shake it on the table a few times to pop out the air bubbles~

Place in the oven at 150 degrees and bake for 20 minutes~

After taking out the baked cake, turn it upside down on a rack to cool~

Beat the light cream with sugar and cut the fruit into small cubes~

Spread cream on the cake and sprinkle diced fruits on top~

Slowly roll up from one end to the other to form a cake roll. Be gentle with your movements. My movements were a bit heavy and the roll cracked a little, but the taste is not affected~

Cut into small pieces and enjoy slowly😍

The cakes bought outside smell like spices, but this one only has a strong egg flavor~😍
