  4. Add more oil and stir-fry the pork belly to draw out the fat. The potato slices fried in more oil will be very fragrant. Add chopped green onion and stir-fry. When the green onion is fragrant, add cooking wine.

  5. Add potato slices and stir-fry over medium heat until the potato slices turn transparent. When you smell the aroma of fried potatoes, add soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Add salt, a little sugar and chicken essence, pour a little water and stir-fry.

  6. When the water in the pot is almost dry, add the fried green peppers, stir-fry quickly and take it out of the pot. There was water vapor all the time, so the picture was not clear.
