Overview
This is the first dish that my mother and I learned to cook, and it is also a home-cooked dish that is often seen in my family. It is simple and contains the simplest deliciousness.

-
Pork belly slices, green peppers, potatoes, and green onions are common and cheap ingredients, and there is no seasonality.
-
Peel and slice the potatoes, wash away the starch with water, I changed the water three times, cut the green peppers into cubes, and mince the green onions.
-
Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the green pepper. Stir-fry quickly over high heat for a few times. Sprinkle with a little salt and set aside.
-
Add more oil and stir-fry the pork belly to draw out the fat. The potato slices fried in more oil will be very fragrant. Add chopped green onion and stir-fry. When the green onion is fragrant, add cooking wine.
-
Add potato slices and stir-fry over medium heat until the potato slices turn transparent. When you smell the aroma of fried potatoes, add soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Add salt, a little sugar and chicken essence, pour a little water and stir-fry.
-
When the water in the pot is almost dry, add the fried green peppers, stir-fry quickly and take it out of the pot. There was water vapor all the time, so the picture was not clear.
-
Put it on the plate, fry two potatoes and make a big plate, so fragrant.
