Homemade yogurt
Overview
Yogurt helps protect the gastrointestinal tract, but its sour taste keeps some people away. Adding some honey and fruit when eating can improve the sour taste of yogurt.

Prepare raw materials: pure milk, yogurt bacteria.

Boil water in a pot, and scald the yogurt bucket and lid of the yogurt machine with boiling water to sterilize.

Pour a bag of pure milk into the yogurt bucket.

Pour the yogurt cultures into the milk.

Pour the remaining two bags of milk into the yogurt bucket and stir evenly.

Put the yogurt bucket into the yogurt machine

Plug in the power and wait patiently for 8 hours
