Waste utilization - apple jam
Overview
When the first and second babies just started adding complementary foods, I squeezed apple juice for them regularly. I don’t know if the juicer is not good, but it always leaves a lot of pulp. They always throw it away when they can't eat it, which is a pity. Later, I used them to make jam, which was convenient, simple, and economical (sugar and gas were used, which seemed even more wasteful:)). I hope it will be helpful to mothers who are adding complementary foods to their babies.
