Wheatgrass pear juice
Overview
The so-called wheatgrass pear juice is a juice made from wheat seedlings and raw pears. I have long heard that wheatgrass juice, known as green blood, is rich in chlorophyll, vitamins, amino acids and minerals calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, selenium, as well as the super antioxidant SOD, fiber and beneficial substances. Enzymes also have anti-cancer and promoting effects. I don’t know why. I think it’s quite new. I tried cultivating it myself. I thought it would be unpleasant to drink, but it’s really not unpleasant to drink. The aftertaste is sweet, and there is a strong grassy aroma flowing between the teeth...

Steps
-
Wash the wheat seeds, soak them in water for 8-12 hours (the water will completely submerge the wheat seeds), keep them out of the light, moisturize them, and cover them with a plate. The next day, a small white tooth will appear (it may appear on the third day if the temperature is low)
-
Take out the planting plate, put a few napkins on the bottom, wet it with water, and scatter the seeds evenly on the plate. Put another layer of napkin on top, wet it with water, and keep it from light. Continue to cover the plate. Water it once every morning and evening to keep it moist until the buds grow about 2 cm on the fourth day. Remove the napkin and plate covering it
-
The wheat seedlings finally see the light of day again. On the fifth day, they can be dried under the sun. Under the photosynthesis, the wheat seedlings grow very fast. On the sixth day, they have grown 2 inches long. Starting from the sun, water them three times in the morning, noon and evening, and try to use a watering can
-
On the seventh day, it still grew taller and thicker. It was still watered three times a day
-
It’s growing well, water it three times
-
The harvest time has come, I feel a sense of accomplishment, hahahaha...

There are still quite a lot of them picked. After washing them, add lemon and raw pears to make juice, filter out the grass residue, and the fun begins

A cup of fruit juice drink with a strong grass aroma was born. It’s really not bad to drink. I don’t know if it’s because of the pear, but the aftertaste is a little sweet. I have to plan and arrange to grow it in batches in the future to ensure that the whole family can drink a cup of healthy and nutritious grass juice every day
