Spicy Cumin Tofu Skewers

Overview

I have always been curious about the tofu skewers, a snack on the street. I even bought one to try it out, but the taste was just that, and the price was not cheap! 5 yuan is only two or three yuan. Today I took the tofu skewers from the street home and made them myself. Not to mention the quantity and price, it was very economical and affordable. As long as it was clean and hygienic, the food was safe and satisfying, so I could eat it all at once^_^

  1. Cut the tofu in cross sections and separate each piece into two pieces.

  2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.

  3. Serve the fried tofu.

  4. Squeeze each piece of tofu into the Korean chili sauce. (Other chili sauces can also be used, depending on your personal taste)

  5. Spread the hot sauce evenly with a spoon.

  6. String the tofu on bamboo skewers.

  7. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of cumin, sesame seeds and chopped green onion to finish.

  8. Finished product.
