Chocolate Garland Bread
Overview
Today is Valentine's Day, I wish everyone a happy day! This is the bread I made last night. I had a few ideas in my mind on a whim. I made it at three o'clock in the morning without any rush, enjoying the process and happiness alone in the quiet night! If you love food and baking, you know it~

Put all ingredients except butter into bread machine and mix.

After one step add butter and stir.

Knead the dough, put on a hand mask and play with it (normal bread does not require this)

Arrange the dough and cover it with plastic wrap for the first fermentation.

Dip your finger in flour and poke a hole into the fermented dough. Make sure the hole does not shrink or collapse.

After the dough is deflated, divide into small pieces of 40g each.

Shape into balls one by one and place in a 9-inch pizza pan, spaced apart.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 2 times.

Brush lightly with egg wash and place in preheated oven.

The middle shelf of the oven is 180 degrees for about 18 minutes (time and temperature are for reference only)

Pour the chocolate liquid and sprinkle with sugar beads.
