Pineapple jam
Overview
I like eating pineapples very much. Now is the season when there are many pineapples. I have recently fallen in love with making sauce. Just thinking about making some pineapple jam to serve with toast!

Soak in cold boiled water for about half an hour. Cut into small pieces.

Use a food processor to squeeze the juice from the pineapple, and put the juice and meat into the pot. Pour 100ml of water, bring to a boil, and add rock sugar.

Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. At the end it feels a little sticky, turn off the heat and bottle.
