Honey lemon tea in sunny weather
Overview
On a winter afternoon, sitting on the balcony full of sunshine, I inexplicably felt like drinking a cup of sour and sweet honey and lemon tea. I always felt that something was missing from the ones I bought. When paired with fresh lemons and honey, the thickness of the honey would always be diluted by fresh lemon juice. Today, we use freeze-dried lemon slices to make honey lemon tea with just the right sweetness and sourness. Make a cup and enjoy the sweet and sour taste in the sunshine~
