Cod with Tomato Sauce
Overview
My mother-in-law got stuck by a fish bone when she was eating fish some time ago. The touch of the elderly person's mouth is not sensitive enough, and the bones have become a problem when eating fish. After that time, she became scared when she saw fish with bones. But her stomach is not very good, and fish is relatively suitable for her. What should I do? This is not difficult for my daughter-in-law who can cook, O(∩_∩)O haha~. Today I specially bought cod meat, which is frozen. Although it is not as fresh as fresh fish, it is better because it does not have any thorns, so she feels at ease eating it. In order to make the frozen fish taste good, I made it with tomato sauce flavor, which was very comfortable for the elderly to eat.
