Marbled Cake Cup
Overview
Marble cake cups have random textures and say goodbye to monotonous colors. You can put mousse, yogurt, and fruit in the middle. Different combinations will give you different feelings. The taste will be better after refrigeration.

Melt butter and milk with insulation water and let cool until set aside;

Beat whole eggs + sugar into a stainless steel basin;

Use a whisk to beat until the figure 8 pattern does not disappear immediately;

Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix evenly;

Pour in the milk and butter liquid and stir evenly;

Divide a small portion of the cake batter, add red yeast powder and mix well;

Add the red yeast powder cake batter to one side of the piping tip, and add the original color cake batter to the other side;

Squeeze into the cake mold, either vertically or in a circle;

Place the middle and lower racks of the oven preheated at 180 degrees, cover with tin foil for 20 minutes and bake for about 10 minutes, let cool and unmold

Let cool, add yogurt + fruit pieces in the middle and serve; the taste will be better after refrigeration
