Pork floss rolls with chive salad
Overview
I had tried making meat floss rolls once before, but failed and was never convinced. This time I tried making them again for Kewpie Salad Dressing. First, I looked up other people’s successful experiences... Thinking about it, there was nothing wrong with me at the time. It was just that I was too impatient and rolled the bread before the temperature had completely cooled down. So, alas... This time I was patient enough and finally succeeded in rolling it! The rolls are coated with my favorite Kewpie salad dressing and sprinkled with meat floss. This fragrant and sweet chive salad meat floss roll tastes delicious and particularly satisfying!
