Coconut oil can be replaced by room temperature light butter. I use coconut oil because I am losing weight

First spread the toast and spread butter or coconut oil on both sides

Preheat the pan, spray it with coconut oil, or melt it in a small piece of butter

Place a piece of toast oiled side down

Add a slice of cheese

Sauce beef slices, or your choice of meat slices, but they must be thin

Add another slice of cheese

Add another piece of toast, but remember to put the oiled side up

Press firmly with a spatula to melt the cheese, and turn over repeatedly to avoid burning the pan

When the cheese melts and starts to fall, turn off the heat and remove from the pan
