Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized, 5 mm thick slices. Marinate according to the ratio of fried chicken ingredients. (I used homemade fried chicken ingredients to marinate it. Foodies can go to the supermarket to buy fried chicken ingredients, such as Orleans flavor.) I forgot to take pictures of this process. After marinating overnight, add an appropriate amount of flour and water, stir into a sticky batter, and pour it into the marinated chicken steak. (Eager foodies can skip the marinating process and do it directly)

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot. After heating, place the chicken chops into the pot one by one.

If you feel that the outer shell of the chicken cutlets is not crispy after frying, you can increase the oil temperature and fry again to set the shape.
