Pan to make Swiss cake
Overview
If you want to make your own cake, whether you have an oven or not, you can use a pan you have at home to make the cake. I used a German non-stick pan to make a Swiss cake, and it looked and tasted very good.

Separate the eggs and mix the yolks with sugar and oil.

Beat the egg mixture until stiff peaks form. Mix the egg yolk mass. A small amount of foamy egg liquid remains.

Pour the mixed liquid into the preheated pan, level it and add the remaining small amount of foamy egg liquid on top. Turn the induction cooker to the 180W level (Siemens stove level 3) and turn it off after 15 minutes. Cut the cake in half, overlap the two pieces, and form a white egg wash in the middle.
