Stir-fried fresh vegetables and dried beans
Overview
Entering winter, there is a little less green on the dining table. That day, I saw snow peas in the vegetable market and immediately thought of stir-frying them to add a touch of green to the dinner table.

Prepare ingredients.

Slice the dried white beans.

Pick off both ends of the snow peas, wash them, pour them into boiling water (a few drops of vegetable oil in the water), blanch them and take them out immediately.

Pour oil into the wok, add garlic cloves and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the sliced dried white beans and fry briefly.

Add the blanched snow peas and stir-fry.

Pour in the fresh beetroot, season to taste and serve.
