Fried pork slices with green pepper
Overview
Green pepper flesh is thick, crisp and tender, and rich in vitamin C. Stir-fried with sliced meat, it is a good side dish.

Remove the stems and seeds from the green peppers, wash them, wash and slice the meat slices.

Cut the green pepper into pieces, slice the garlic, add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and starch to the meat slices, mix well and marinate for a while.
