Soak white fungus and saponin rice in clean water for 3 hours respectively

Tear the soaked white fungus into small florets and put them into the pot together with the saponin rice and add an appropriate amount of water

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remember to stir with a long spoon in the middle to prevent the pot from burning

Wash the papaya and cut it in half

Use a tool to dig out the ball shape (you can cut into small pieces without a tool)

Add papaya to the pot and continue to simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Add rock sugar and the sweet and moist sugar water is ready
