Prepare the ingredients: wash and cut the garlic; clean the rapeseed and set aside.

Heat up the pot and pour 2 tablespoons of Yishutang sesame oil

Then add the garlic, sauté until fragrant, then add the rapeseed and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the rapeseed becomes soft, then add light soy sauce, oil and salt to taste
