Qiuqiu is not a big fan of milk tea because he always feels that the milk tea sold outside is very sweet and the taste of the tea is very weak. But sometimes I miss milk tea very much, so I just make it myself. Anyway, the things I use are very simple and are available at hand. Don’t say much, just do it immediately. Put a tablespoon of sugar in a cold pan to make caramel.

Turn on low heat and slowly wait for the sugar to boil and turn brown. That's it. During the cooking process, keep stirring slowly with chopsticks or a small spoon. But I use a non-stick pan so I basically don’t have to stir much.

While waiting for the milk to slowly boil, the caramel will also slowly boil. Wait until the milk turns light brown and boil the milk.

Tip: No need to add any sugar for flavor. And when you add coffee, it becomes Yuanyang milk tea. Very good
