Fried potato shreds
Overview
I ate this fried potato shreds in a restaurant, called spicy potato shreds, but the spicy potato shreds I found online were not the fried version. My fried shredded potatoes are based on the taste of my baby. I add seasonings such as salt and pepper, pepper, ketchup, etc. It has a slightly sweet and sour taste. The baby doesn't like the taste, so I call it fragrant fried shredded potatoes. I saw this kind of potato shreds made in a restaurant, stuck high up with a chopstick, and it really made my mouth water just looking at it, so I thought about how to make it at home. With the experience of French fries, this was a success in one fell swoop. I just wanted to use a grater to grate the shreds evenly, so I used a grater, but I regretted it. It was better to cut it by hand, and the fried product looked a bit chunky. However, you can’t choose the taste. When taking pictures, those little hands have reached out countless times...
