Ingredients: Sea anchovies (headed, gutted and washed), pickled vegetables (washed), noodles

Place the washed pickles on the chopping board and chop them into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add sea anchovies and chopped pickled vegetables and stir-fry.

Then, add the noodles and stir-fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water to boil and cook for 3-4 minutes.
