Mango Popsicle

Mango Popsicle

Overview

Use simple ingredients to make delicious popsicles. The weather is hot, and children always make noises about eating frozen ice cream. The ice cream and popsicles sold outside are all labeled with a long list of incomprehensible additives. It’s really annoying to be confused about whether to buy or not, so I proposed to make popsicles with no additives.

  1. First prepare milk and water, put them all in a basin and mix gently.

  2. Place the pot on the induction cooker and turn on high heat. When the surface starts to bubble, turn to low heat. Then add sugar while stirring in a circular motion. After adding sugar, turn off the heat and set aside to cool.

  3. Then it’s time to take the mango pulp and put the cut meat in a small basin for later use.

  4. Put an appropriate amount of mango pulp into the blender, and then add an appropriate amount of the milk and sugar water that has just been cooled, then turn on the blender and blend. Repeat this twice more to blend the rest. The blending time depends on personal preference. I hope it is a little minced, so I stop blending before it becomes a complete paste.

  5. Wash the mold and dry it, then stir the mango paste and pour it into the mold. After filling, put it in the freezer of the refrigerator for half a day, and you can take it out and eat it after about four hours.

  6. Put the popsicle mold under the faucet and rinse the bottom, wait for a while and then pull it out. Tempting!
