1. 1 Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, use a whisk to beat the egg whites until they are foamy, and push the container over to prevent it from falling. Reserve egg yolks.

   

2. 2 Spread the whipped egg whites on the toast, make a well in the middle and add the egg yolks.

   

3. 3 Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake for 15 minutes until browned.
