Braised Pork Bones with Burdock
Overview
Burdock contains protein, fat, crude fiber, calcium, iron, carotene, vitamin C and other nutrients. It can clear away heat, detoxify, reduce swelling and relieve pain. The fiber contained in it can promote peristalsis of the large intestine, help defecation, lower cholesterol in the body, reduce the accumulation of toxins and waste in the body, achieve diuretic and laxative effects, prevent stroke, and prevent and treat gastric cancer and uterine cancer. Burdock also has strong antibacterial ingredients and is very effective against acne caused by acne bacteria. It can also clean up blood waste, promote the metabolism of cells in the body, prevent aging, make the skin beautiful and delicate, and eliminate stains and dark spots. According to detailed records in "Compendium of Materia Medica": burdock is warm in nature, sweet in taste and non-toxic. It can open up the twelve meridians, remove bad odors from the five internal organs, and can make you lighten your body and resist aging if you take it for a long time. Burdock tea has the characteristics of removing toxins from the human body and nourishing and conditioning the body with nutrients. It is in line with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine that once it is eliminated, it must be replenished. Burdock tea has a golden color, pleasant fragrance, and is as cheap as gold, so it is called golden burdock tea. Burdock tea is a pure natural tea made from the Chinese herbal medicine burdock root. Regular drinking of burdock tea can relieve bowel movements and detoxify the intestines. It has a good preventive and therapeutic effect on the dull face, rough skin, dilated pores, bad breath, acne, irritability, abdominal distension and pain, dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation and other symptoms caused by intestinal toxins
