Homemade strawberry jam

Overview

I am very sweet, but I feel that the strawberry jam bought in the supermarket has too many additives! I thought it was the peak season for strawberries and I went to the strawberry farm to pick them and make some to satisfy my cravings. I used the simplest method to make a small bowl, and it tastes as good as the ones bought in the supermarket! ^_^

  1. Picking strawberries in the strawberry garden!

  2. Very fresh! 20 yuan per pound!

  3. Soak in salt water and wash thoroughly

  4. Place a small basket to drain the water

  5. Foodies must try it first!

  6. Add rock sugar and fry in a pan

  7. It’s OK if it’s fried like this

  8. Store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator. This small bowl will probably be gone in two or three days! It tastes great, sweet but not greasy!
