Four eggs, egg whites and yolks separated.

In the egg whites➕a spoonful of salt➕a spoonful of sugar. Beat it like this.

Use another container. Add four spoons of low-gluten flour➕four spoons of sugar➕12 spoons of pure milk➕the previous egg yolks➕two bags of green juice.
