Banana Chocolate Muffin
Overview
There were two remaining bananas, and their skins were a little dark, but muffins were quick to make, so I made them by hand.

Steps
-
Because the bananas are very soft when they are ripe, they can be mashed directly with a spoon. If it's a little hard, wrap a rolling pin in plastic wrap and press it down.
-
After softening the butter, add sugar and beat until fluffy and light in color.
-
Add the eggs in two batches and beat until thoroughly mixed before adding the egg liquid.
-
Completely mixed with eggs.
-
Add the mashed banana and stir for a while, then add the milk, sift in the flour, baking powder and baking soda and stir. Do not stir in circles to avoid gluten formation.
-
Add chocolate chips and mix well.
-
Add the mixed batter into a piping bag, fill the paper cup 80% full, and bake in the middle rack of a preheated 180-degree oven for 20 minutes.
-
It's baked.
