Sweet and Sour Garlic
Overview
Every year when new garlic comes on the market, we pickle some sweet and sour garlic! Sweet and sour, super easy! Sour vinegar liquid is also good for cooking and dipping dumplings. Garlic is rich in nutrients. Allicin in garlic is a broad-spectrum antibacterial substance that can activate cells, increase antibacterial and antiviral capabilities, speed up metabolism, and relieve fatigue.

The garlic you just bought, remove the dirty skin

Wash your hands and peel the garlic cloves

Find a clean, oil-free and water-free jar and put in the peeled garlic cloves (you don’t have to peel them)

Prepare sugar, white rice vinegar, and salt. Add the amount according to your own taste

Add more vinegar until the garlic is submerged
