Overview

Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer. Use the leftover ginger residue from making brown sugar ginger paste to make ginger powder. It is not wasted at all (in fact, I didn’t think of it a few times before and threw it all away). The prepared ginger powder is really useful. It can be used as a seasoning and can be used in cooking and steaming fish. It is very convenient.

  1. Wash the ginger and it doesn’t matter whether you peel it or not

  2. Use a juicer to squeeze the juice several times until no more juice can be squeezed out

  3. The ginger residue is already very dry

  5. Add red sugar to the juice and cook

  7. Break up the clumped ginger residue

  9. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes

  10. After cooling, put it into a bag and use it as seasoning.
