How to cook Tomato puree at home

One tomato, washed.
Put the tomatoes in a small pot, pour boiling water until the tomatoes are covered, take them out after a few minutes, be careful not to burn them.
Peel and stem, cut open, remove seeds, cut into small pieces, place in a stick container, and break into pieces.
Never add water. Tomatoes themselves are very watery. Just pack them into pieces and cool them down before freezing them.
