Cute bear cake

Overview

This little cake is easy to make and is very popular with children. Yesterday afternoon I made some shoes for girls in kindergarten and shared them with me!

1. 1 Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and mix well with a hand mixer

2. 2 Pour in the milk and sift the cake flour into a large bowl.

3. 3 Stir evenly into a paste.

4. 4 Cut the butter into cubes and melt it in the microwave on high heat for 1 and a half minutes. Slowly pour it into the batter, stirring while pouring

5. 5 Refrigerate the mixed batter for 20 minutes.

6. 6 Use a small brush to evenly apply a thin layer of butter to the mold.

7. 7 Carefully pour the batter into the mold until it is 80% full

8. 8 Place in the middle rack of the oven and heat to 180 degrees for 15 minutes

9. 9 Turn it upside down after coming out of the oven, and the bears will come out of the mold easily one by one!
