Prepare raw materials: a yogurt machine, two packs of pure milk, and one pack of Sichuan Lactobacillus. The stainless steel pot in the yogurt machine should be scalded with boiling water and left to dry.

Pour a small amount of milk into a small pot and add half a pack of Sichuan Xiu Lactobacillus powder (two packs of pure milk and half a pack of Lactobacillus will suffice).

Use a spoon to stir the lactic acid bacteria thoroughly to melt.

Pour the remaining milk into the pot and stir evenly.

The yogurt machine is plugged in and timed. It takes a total of 10 hours to turn on the yogurt function~

Tilt it and take a look. Can you tell that it has solidified and stopped flowing? The yogurt now is as soft as tofu.

It's not finished yet, so don't rush to eat it. It's best to put it in the refrigerator to passivate for 12-24 hours.
