Dough: 250g high flour, 150g low flour, 280g milk + 2 eggs, 50g sugar, 3g salt, 40g butter, 4g yeast. Knead the dough using the oil method, ferment it 2.5 times in size, divide it into 12 portions and deflate the air;

Braid the hair and place it into the mold. After the second rise is completed in a warm place, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then turn to 175 degrees for about 20 minutes.
