Cut the bananas into cubes and put them into a blender (apples are also fine, I put both in them last time)

Mix flour and oats

Mix the puree, honey, mixed nuts, and blueberries (most recently, I added homemade blueberry jam for flavor, which makes the blueberry flavor more intense)

Mix.

Place the mixture into a baking tray (remember to put oiled paper) and press it into a cake, then put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. You can also sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds on the surface
