In the post-oil method, knead the dough ingredients to the expansion stage and then ferment at room temperature to 2-2.5 times.

After deflating, divide into 10 equal portions, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

Roll it into a small round cake and place it in a warm and moist place on a baking sheet for secondary fermentation.

Cut the butter into small pieces.

Brush the surface of the fermented dough with egg wash, press a few small holes with your fingers, put butter cubes on it, and then sprinkle white sugar on the surface.
