Beat the eggs, spread them into egg pancakes and cut out toast-sized pieces.

Open the canned tuna, drain 1/2 of the water, pour it into a bowl, and add a spoonful of Thousand Island dressing and mix well.

Wash and peel the apples and cut them into two slices; wash and drain the lettuce and cut it into pieces the size of toast; remove the four sides of the black rice toast and bake it in a pan until both sides are golden brown.

Arrange the black rice toast, eggs, tuna sauce, apples, lettuce, cheese slices and black rice toast in this order, pressing slightly to prevent them from spreading. Cut into small pieces. (Can be cut into triangles, four squares or six rectangles)
