Coconut milk square cake
Overview
Last time I went to 85°C and bought a box of shredded coconut milk cubes. A box cost 10 yuan, which was not worth much. After taking one bite, I felt that it would be better to make this at home. It would definitely be much more cost-effective~

Pour half of the milk into the cornstarch, mix thoroughly and set aside

Spread an appropriate amount of shredded coconut on the bottom of the mold

Pour the remaining milk and whipped cream into a saucepan and simmer over low heat

Then add appropriate amount of sugar and cook until the milk boils slightly

Pour in the prepared cornstarch

Stir quickly to form a thick milk paste

Pour the milk paste into the mold and refrigerate for 3 hours

Take out the refrigerated milk cake and cut it into small pieces with a knife

Sprinkle some shredded coconut on top

Cover the lid and shake it up and down vigorously, the shredded coconut will stick to it
