Wash and dry kidney beans with water

Add oil to the pot and prepare more fried green beans

Fry the green beans in batches at 60% oil temperature. Add some salt to the oil. The fried green beans will have a beautiful color

Fry until the skin becomes wrinkled. Be sure to fry until cooked, otherwise it may cause poisoning. Remove the drying oil and set aside

Prepare onions, garlic, and dried chilies. If you like spicy food, you can add more (I can’t eat spicy food)

Leave a little base oil in the pot, add appropriate amount of Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry out the flavor, then take out the Sichuan peppercorns

Add chopped green onion, minced garlic and dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant

Add fried green beans

Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and sugar, stir-fry and take out
