Oil-free vegetarian peas
Overview
Camellia loves to eat peas, and she is in the period of losing weight recently, so she simplified this version of vegetarian fried peas (still the fried peas from Hetang Xiaoshenma), but the taste is not bad at all. The tender and salty flavor of the peas can be eaten with a bowl of rice! OMG, I ate too much again...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel the peas and set aside, pat some garlic for seasoning, Camellia's grandma likes to use chili peppers, you can use it or not.
-
Put the peas and garlic into the pot, add water to cover the ingredients, and cook on high heat for about 8 minutes. (Be sure to add more water, otherwise the beans will wrinkle easily)
-
Add salt to taste and simmer over low heat until you can smell the fragrance of the beans. (If you really want to try something new, you can add a small amount of oil at this time to enhance the taste.)
-
Stir well and cook until the beans are cooked and then take them out of the pot.
