Steps
-
Chop the ribs into small pieces.

Add pork ribs to boiling water.
-
Boil for one minute, drain and rinse.
-
Wash the spareribs.
-
Soak washed wolfberry in warm water.
-
Wash the loose soil from the yam and peel it (it’s best to wear gloves to peel it. Many people are allergic to yam mucus and it will itch when it touches their hands. I started directly because I am not allergic to it.)
-
Wash the peeled yam with warm water.
-
Hob cut into pieces.
-
Soak the yam in warm water, either together with the wolfberry or alone.
-
After the water in the rice cooker is boiled, add the pork ribs and simmer for an hour.
-
After an hour, add the yam and wolfberry, and the water for soaking the yam. After the water boils, continue to simmer for about half an hour.
-
Serve the hot soup and drink it while it's hot.
