Soak the vegetables in salt water and wash them. Cut the cucumber, purple cabbage, green pepper, and onion into shreds, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, and cut the endive into sections and put them in a mixing bowl.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt into the bowl and gently shake the mixing bowl a few times to spread the salt evenly over the vegetables in the bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
